In fostering a culture of vigilance, continuous learning, and open reporting, we aim to ensure that safety is not just a priority—but a shared responsibility embedded in everything we do. Hence, the ANS safety recurrent 2025 is mandatory for all ATCO in CAAM.

It is compulsory for Air Traffic Control (ATC) examiners to attend initial and recurrent training before their appointment. This ensures they are fully qualified and up-to-date with the latest procedures and regulations

At the end of this training, participants will be able to; be nominated as an OJTI; apply roles as the OJTI; prepare the training objectives for trainee; prepare the training assessment and training progress report; conduct pre-check assessment for trainee, apply instructor recommended attributes; and present a practical lesson (BMD) employing instructional techniques and strategies appropriate to the topic, participants and instructional environment.
