
ATCE Initial and Recurrent Training is a structured programme designed to ensure that all Air Traffic Control Examiners (ATCE) acquire and maintain the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to perform their assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to; be nominated as an OJTI; apply roles as the OJTI; prepare the training objectives for trainee; prepare the training assessment and training progress report; conduct pre-check assessment for trainee, apply instructor recommended attributes; and present a practical lesson (BMD) employing instructional techniques and strategies appropriate to the topic, participants and instructional environment.
