This course provides the latest procedures and regulations for ATC examiners. This course enhances the ATC Examiners' ability to assess and evaluate the competency and proficiency of ATC trainees or active controllers accurately.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to; be nominated as an OJTI; apply roles as the OJTI; prepare the training objectives for trainee; prepare the training assessment and training progress report; conduct pre-check assessment for trainee, apply instructor recommended attributes; and present a practical lesson (BMD) employing instructional techniques and strategies appropriate to the topic, participants and instructional environment.
